JFK Students Honored in the Night of Champions

On Thursday May 21, 2014 John F. Kennedy Elementary students were honored at the Edcouch-Elsa I.S.D. Night of Champions before our School Board. The children were presented with medals for their outstanding achievements in the Accelerated Reader Program and District Spelling Bee.  One of the greatest achievements was the Millionaire Readers.  John F. Kennedy Elementary was honored for having 10 students read over 1 million words individually.
